Mrs. Laxmi Priya Muduli, Founder and Secretary of UTSHARGA, is a graduate in Hindi Literature and holds a Ratna degree from a reputed university in Odisha. With over 25 years of experience in community development, she has deep expertise in livelihood promotion, entrepreneurship development, capacity building, networking, program planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Her extensive work with rural populations—especially the most vulnerable and marginalized—has helped the organization better understand local challenges and design solutions that are both community-driven and widely accepted.
